Publishing VS pages to a DNN subfolder

I have not published my DNN site yet, still developing in localhost. I have written 3 pages in VS-2008 and published them to a sub-folder of the DNN virtual directory. The plan was to reference these pages individually from IFrames in 3 different DNN pages, but it does not work. What am I missing here? If I publish them to a seperate virtual folder, it works. I would not want to do that when the site goes live, because it would mean I have to register 2 domains and I need them in the same domain. Thanks in advance for any help/suggestions.

What kind of pages are they? aspx? Will your IIS serve up the pages?

They are .aspx pages and will be severed up by IIS

If the pages are served successfully by IIS, you should be able to see them in an iframe. Are you using the correct URL? Why are you doing it this way, though? Why not just create the pages in DotNetNuke?

How do I "create the pages in DotNetNuke"? My research lead me to using page templates as explained in the following link http://www.dnncreative.com/Tutorial...ault.aspx. Am I on the right track or is there a better way creating these pages. On these pages I built, I display thumbnails of photos taken by a studio, which their clients can select and indicate what size photos they want printed. Would be great to create them in DNN. Is there a tutorial on using DNN webcontrols? Where to start / How to?

You create pages by clicking the Add link in the control panel. The control panel appears when you are logged in as host or admin. The link that you posted is for creating page TEMPLATES. Those are different, and are used to populate pages with pre-defined content. Thanks Joe - I really appreciate your prompt replies every time. I think you misunderstood my question - I have read the articles you suggested when I started DNN (and just in case I missed something, read them again). When I asked for help with "calling pages I developed in VS2008, from the iFrame module", you suggested I develop them in DNN. You made it sound as if it is just as easy. My question is: Could I and how? Did you mean I should develop modules to do this?

Depending on what is on your pages this might be easy or difficult. If the pages are html, just copy the html part into a Text/HTML module on the page. If the pages have active content, you may need to create modules. This might not be difficult, again depending on what the pages do. And, you may find modules that can be adapted.
