In this tutorial we demonstrate how to use the DotNetNuke Core Feedback Module. The Feedback Module allows the visitors of your website to send you feedback from a form in your DotNetNuke portal.
The Feedback module can be configured into categories, when a user selects a feedback category it will email the feedback to the email associated with that category. This means that you can collect feedback for different departments in your company and send the feedback direct to the department.
The Feedback module also allows you to display the feedback on your website using the Feedback Comments module.
The Feedback Comments module can filter the comments based on category, so for instance you could use the Feedback module to just display testimonials on the website and all other feedback is emailed to the departments in the company.
Moderation can also be enabled within the Feedback module and you can setup users to just have moderator access to the module.
In this tutorial we walk you through all of those elements and show you how to configure the Feedback module to email feedback to departments in a company as well as display testimonials on the website and set the testimonials to require moderation.
This is a very flexible module and this tutorial will show you how to get the most from the feedback module.
