Module Details
According to Mandeeps, Live Content uses a web 2.0 approach to provide a rich user interface and streamlines content presentation by overlaying content on the current page.
Inspired from Mandeeps Live Images/Videos module, Live Content allows you to overlay images, videos, text/html content, DotNetNuke modules, and external content on the current page. Driven by CSS and layout templates; this module is limited by your imagination to create Image/Video Galleries, Product Showcase, ToolTips, Module Popper, etc...
Key Features
- No plugins like Flash or Java required.
- Popup blockers are no problem. The content expands within the active browser window.
- Single click. After opening an element (image, video, text/html, module, and/or external content), the user can scroll further down the page or leave the page without closing the overlay. The user can also open multiple elements without closing other elements; great for comparison between two images or product comparison.
Live Content is made up of "ELEMENTS"
An element could be an Image/Picture, Video, Content (Text/Html), DotNetNuke Module, and/or External Content (any web page).
Live Content supports the following 5 elements:
- ePicture
- eVideo
- eContent
- eModule
- eFrame
You can show multiple element types within the same module.
