Yep. I agree. The process broke down and things weren't handled nearly as good as they normally are. I know it has been frustrating, but thank you very much for understanding and continuing to work with us.

Just had the "opportunity" to speak with PowerDNN support again. WOW! Michael K helped me out - not only did he fix my issue but he took the initiative to look through my old support tickets and saw that I had a past issue with performance. He proactively looked into some things and scheduled the server for an upgrade. That's 1950's style customer service and I enjoyed it.

PowerDNN has been great with their quick support. The only problem I have with them is at times when they tell you that your issue is out of scope of their standard, free support and the other division normally charges $85/hr. I don't believe its fair when the problem has nothing to do with you. We recently had a situation where our users were being kicked out after logging in and the site worked perfectly on our development server. The issue hasn't been resolved yet and I'm not paying them $85/hr for something which is probably an issue on their server.

Just an update to my earlier post. They fixed the permissions and repaired IIS and it resolved everything. And that was within the scope of free support. Thanks, PowerDNN.
