Yes, you can. You will need to edit your skin and css file to do this. I haven't dug into the css to see where the styles for the administrative menus are defined, but that shouldn't be terribly difficult. There is also a dnnmega.css file that would appear to be the style for the mega menu in the Dark Knight skin. If might be easier to edit that to get the mega menu styled to your liking.

can i change to location of the dark knight skin menu? as i would like to place the menu under the logo of the website

Yes. To do that, you will need to edit the skin files. Our tutorials on building a DotNetNuke skin should help you with that. I would recommend that you get a copy of the Dark Knight skin's install file from the Install/Skin folder of a DotNetNuke 6.x install or upgrade package. You can then rename it, modify it, and install it as a separate skin. You'll probably have to change some names in the skin's manifest file, too.
