Does anyone have experience with SigmaPro from OnyakTech? In particular, I am trying to setup a help desk and live chat. I got live chat to work but I cannot piece together how SigmaPro works, how to set it up, or how to use it.I have tried to communiate with OnyakTech about the lack of documentation but all I get is pointers back to random pages on their web site that have incomplete bits of information.If anyone has some good documentation or experience on this product I would really like to try and understand it.
