Here is another problem I'm having trying ti create web-pages restricted to a single user. I tried to create a 2nd page under the first page (in the menu structure). It created a page with the following title to the module: Access Denied and the following message within the module:

You do not have access to view this tab within the portal.

How can I allow the user to create sub-pages?

A user cannot create new pages unless he has those privileges. Edit permission to a page allows a user to edit modules on the page.

I solved the create page and the link file upload problems by creating a user role and giving it to each of the users that can modify their section of the wbe.
