Greetings. I want to point the url so that we achieve www.domainname.com rather than www.domainname.com/subdomain In the past i have used a redirect script within iis to redirect website to the folder but this time around i want to ensure that the website shows www.domainname.com. Can someone please point me in the right direction to get this right. thanks.

This is easy to do, but I'd first recommend that you gain a better understanding of how DotNetNuke operates by reviewing the tutorials at: DNN Tutorials for Beginners DNN Tutorials for Administrators To answer your specific question, you'll have your site set up a a parent portal, your IIS website will be pointed at your DNN installation, and you'll have to set your DNS to point at your machine's IP address.
