I appreciate your hard work and must say: This website is absolutely fantastic and of great value!!!!

I am downloaded the MP3 interviews about Search Engino Optimization and the one about Google Sitemaps...and all I get is the 5 minute trial versions.....(the interviews aren't complete...but I am registered and a paying user).

What should I do to get the full interviews?

Is there any other subscription that I am not aware of?  Please correct me if I'm wrong.  I paid the 44 US$ (actually the equivalent in Euros).  I am able to download full videos/articles etc.  Am I missing something?  Is this THE suscription or do I need something else?

How can I contact you?  Email?  I would upload the receipt as an jpg picture, but the Forum does not allow it.

I started my suscription on March 27th, 2007.  I thought it was for one year????

I found the problem, you have 2 usernames, you need to login with: psdacruz
that account has full subscriber access and you should then be able to download the mp3s

You are right!!!! I've had interest in your site for a long time and had registered before....later last month I finally purchased the suscription. I continued to enter the site with my old username...that was it!
