Hi
In 2013 you've made a fine video to setup a Bootstrap 3 responsible NavbarMenu.
Is there a way to set up more that one submenu? For instance: sub-submenu?
Thanks for your concern...

Do you mean multiple levels in the dropdown part?
If so, you might want to take a look at
http://bootsnipp.com/snippets/featu...vbar-menu.
You should be able to extend the approach in the tutorial to that scenario.

Hi Joseph
Yes, Joseph
Thanks for your answer....
But your link doesn't work...
I've tried this menu... in my website: stabiton.net
but I see also... if you disabled the first menu... (not clickable)... the menu doesn't work properly.

Dear Joseph
Also... the menu doesn't work properly with dotnetnuke database...
When you click on a submenu... (the menu is configured... that a click means that you've to choose a submenu).
When you click on a submenu, then you can see in the breadcrumb that you can choose the first menu... If you click in the breadcrumb on the first menu... the page of the first menu appears.
That means there is a conflict between the source of the bootstrap menu ... the DDR-menu ... and the breadcrumb.
Is there a solution for that?
Thanks for your concern.

Yes, I'm sure that there is a solution. But, I'm afraid that I don't have the time to work that out. Good luck, though.
BTW, there's no link between the Menu and the Breadcrumb, except that both use the website's page structure.

Hi Joseph
I know also that there is a solution. The question is who can help us...
I understand that you don't have the time. But you've have to know that every good website has to have a good looking menu-system.
And now.... dnn doesn't offer us that. Or you should be satisfied with the standard menu system. What is not very nice.
With a conflict between the menu-system and the breadcrumb I want to say that normally you can disable the first menu so that you can choose only the submenu.
When you do that by the bootstrap 3 responsible menu system the submenu is not visible. That is not normal. That means that de source for de bootstrap 3 responsible NavbarMenu and the DDR menu conflict with each other.
I hope you will still have time for nice menus in dnn.
Tanks in advance.
PS… I’ve checked the box to receive email notifications for this topic. But I have not received any mail.

Gilbert,
I agree with you that "every good website has to have a good looking menu-system" and one of the great features of DNN is the DDR Menu. It is infinitely customizable. There are options for constructing the menu using tokens, XSLT, and Razor. The latter of those provides the ability to include custom server-side code the menu. You can pretty much do what you want to do.
DNN comes with several "standard" menus, including a simple ULTokens menu that implements a dropdown scheme, a "Superfish" version, and a MegaMenu.
Andy's tutorial shows how to create a Bootstrap menu template.
I recently came across some nice skinning tutorials for DNN on YouTube by Skeeterz71. If you can get past the extreme Southern accent (it reminds me of home!) it's pretty good. And, he offers two variants of a Bootstrap style menu that you can download for free from his website.
If Andy's recommendation is not a gentleman who goes by "Nokiko" you should Google or othewise look him up. I believe that he's located in the Netherlands, so that should be close for you!
Best wishes!
