Guys,
Just re-joined yesterday.
I am following along in your tutorial on using Bootstrap and I need to bring to your attention that looks like they've updated their site and the menu code you have in your example no longer works.
So, i cannot get my skin working to follow along with your lesson plan.
Can you guys take a look? It stops working after you get to the part about deleting the unordered lists and inserting the dnn menu code.
The menu now stacks on top of itself and does not flow horizontally (among other things).
Please help. I just joined this yesterday to view that exact demo.
Thanks for your help, and I'm enjoying the videos otherwise,,,

found it.
You have to change the XSLT.
Change the ul class="nav" to "nav navbar-nav".
You should include something in your demo for this. |

Well, continuing on with problems with the Tutorial,,,
Still in Video 2, at 7:05,,,
The part about adding the login menu will not "pull right",,,that's not working in the new Bootstrap and i've fudged with it a while and cannot get it working.
Please take a look. |

We have an updated Bootstrap Tutorial in the works. Until then, it might be possible to get an older copy of the Bottstrap project that is compatible with the existing tutorial.

Also, the menu changes from Video 3 to Video 4 drastically with no explanation? In video 3, the menu is expanded and horizontal. In video 4, the menu is collapsed with a dropdown on 'Home',,,
How did that happen? How do I do that? No explanation,,,
Joe, when you say 'Stay Tuned', does that mean long enough for a 'commercial break' or stay tuned for next season,,,
I need to understand how to do this, and, no offense, this video isn't helping much. And, the rest of the DNN7 material is a little 'light'.
How long should I expect? I need to know to move on or wait,,,
