Using old skins? FB5Liquidity

I have an old skin on this site; http://www.connieshealth.com/Home.aspx DNN Ver; 05.04.01 (26) Skin; FB5Liquidity_UnZipMe_cHeke3u9.zip No I am re-building a "sister site" and want it to look the same. http://www.conniehansen.com QUESTIONS; The FB5Liquidity, is it a DNN Creative skin (Lee Sykes) or a DNNSkins.com (Nina) creation? Is it advisable to install it on DotNetNuke 6.2.1 - or should I look for an updated skin? Cheers Olle....

I did a web search for "FB5Liquidity" and that took me to the DNNSkins.com site. I would answer the question by installing the skin on a DotNetNuke 6.2.1 site and seeing how it behaves. If there are issues, most skins are amenable to moderately simple repairs. I would say that the biggest question is that of the menu. I would certainly upgrade the skin to use the DDR menu. This can be done simply even if the skin uses the old SOLPART menu. See the instructions at the DNN Wiki.
