DotNetNuke Constellation Module Suite Version 3.3 with DNN Social Integration

The latest version of PackFlash Constellation Version 3.3 includes many enhancements including the following features:

• The user has the option at the time of submitting a comment to post the comment to their DNN Social personal journal and/or any of the their social groups. The user can also set the visibility similar to functionality provided with the out-of-the-box functionality on the journal feed module when posting items manually.


• Any content item from the Video, Gallery, News, or Events Modules can be posted to the user's DNN Social personal journal and/or any of their social groups. The system allows for a personal message to be posted at the same time. Posts to DNN social will happen at the time that the item goes live on the site. This is an extension of the Facebook and Twitter functionality that has existed in the modules allowing for more publishing/distribution options. The creator has the choice of which locations will receive each posting rather than the system assuming everything should get pushed to the creator’s journal feed and their social groups.


• PackFlash Mega Menu now supports PackFlash categories to be shown in the mega menus using the new "Smart Nodes" functionality


• PackFlash Friendly URLs and SEO module now re-writes URLs for menu and links including any standard core and 3rd party modules without requiring integration. Eliminates the need for most 301 re-directs.


• Version 3.3 introduces a new module called PackFlash Collections that allows users to create and manage items into watchlists or personal libraries. This would allow users to "save", "favorite", or The administrator can choose what content types in the system can be added by the user to a collection. A token has been added to allow for buttons to be placed into any list or detail view and styled appropriately.


• Version 3.3 provides new functionality to specify a tooltip on any item within a list to display more information about an item when hovering over the item. The tooltip allows for any token that exists on the detail view.
