Hi,
I subscribe for a year here 2 years ago and have just reenlisted. Firstly, it's hard to tell what tutorials/material is still relevant due to the sheer number of videos. Secondly, the last issue was (74) was released in February 2012 while Issue 73 was released in November 2011. Is content not being released so frequently anymore?

We are actually releasing tutorials more frequently than once a month.
Issue 73 actually was released in August, but is quite extensive and went on for a while. Then there was an addendum.
Because of the more than monthly schedule, issue numbers don't quite mean what they used to mean. Rather, they highlight a set of related tutorials.

Joe,
That's great to know, I'm being sincere when I say that without this website I might not have come back to Dotnetnuke but instead tried some other CMS options.
I wish there was some kind of updated Check list or Study Plan for newbies or returning newbies to help us focus our study. For example, I shouldn't have to wade through the tutorials on the FCKEditor now that there is the RadEditor, and should I go all the way back to the beginning issues to study how to convert CSS templates to DNN skins or should I study SuperStyle Sheets. I don't want to come off as being lazy, but considering all the aspects that one needs to know to successfully create, deploy and manage a website, any help in the organizational aspect would be a goldmine.
Perhaps you have some insight on this for me.
Thanks,
Vu

I appreciate your comments. Our new issue focuses on building a site with DotNetNuke 6. The main purpose is to do a bit of a reset for those just coming in who don't want to repeat the history of earlier versions.
The assumption is that you are starting with a new install, so you have all of the updated features of 6.x, and no extraneous baggage from earlier versions.
That said, many of the earlier tutorials are still quite valid.
For skinning, the recent issue on building a skin from a PSD file is quite valid.
And, the good news is that older stuff, while dated, is pretty much correct. Locations of some features like the action menu for containers is a bit changed. Still, if you turn off the popup behavior, your DNN 6.x site will be very much like a 5.x site.
For those coming in with experience that ends with DotNetNuke 4.x, remember that the experience is several years old, so getting up to date as quickly as possible is, at least IMHO, a must. I've recently converted several sites from 4.x to 6.1.x. Most of the issues I've had to deal with were cosmetic. None were show stoppers, and all were "doable."
