Issue: Add / Update Module Definition DNN 6.01.01

Hi Guys, I need urgent solution for this issue. I have upgraded my DNN website from 5.6.2 to 6.01.01 and upgrade script runs smoothly and everything seems working fine. But i figured out that module definition process is not working. Not only for Custom Modules but for DNN Core Modules as well. When i try to add module definition or update it gives me error "Object reference not set to an instance of an object." Below is the detailed event log info for this issue.
