I ran across this application that claims to easily build DNN skins (as well as other platforms). http://www.artisteer.com/ Does anyone have any experience with this product? Thanks, Dan

I've never used it, but my impression is that it pretty much does what it claims to do. I haven't heard too much about it, or the couple of other products for building skins recently.

I use artisteer and like it. It has limitations of course, as does any tool of its kind. One great thing about it is that a new user can produce a skin choosing from lots of options in just a few minutes.
