I noticed in my DNN 4.4.1  bin, that I already have this .dll file (a legacy from DNN 4.3.4  as the date indicates, that it was not replaced when upgraded) file the file size is: 20,480,  whereas the file size from DNN v3 in your download is only 7,168.

Logically, it would be presumed that the larger more recent file from DNN v4 should contain the better dropdown functionality and features, but apparently not.

Out of curiosity, can you say briefly what does the older smaller file contain/do, that the larger one does not or vice versa?

Hi Lynn,

I haven't a clue what the differences are! I just noticed that when I upgraded DNN Creative from 3.2.2 to 4.4 that the DropDownActions worked whereas on a fresh DNN4.4 the DropDownActions did not work. - So after some investigation I discovered that if you take the old DropDownActions dll file and place it the 4.4 bin the actions work again!

As always backup the orginal files before replacing with any other versions...
