I generally caution against using scripts unless you really understand what they are doing, and you can have some assurance that they are current and compatible with your version of DotNetNuke.

As near as I can tell, there isn't a stored procedure that will delete a user. There are methods in the DotNetNuke framework, though. If you can't use the DotNetNuke administrative tools, you might see if you can take advantage of the programmatic methods that are available.

Creating/deleting users is somewhat complicated task, and involves a number of tables.
