Now I'm trying to remove the defult background colour from the CFK editor???

Creating a ID in the; fckconfig.js

I tried a few versions, I upgraded, rebooted and cleared teh cashe - and I'm stuck!

Open the editor and click the Show Custom Editor Options link.

Select Portal and then open the CSS Generator Mode section. Make sure that the Static radio button is checked. I had to toggle it from Statis to Dynamic (clicking Apply each time) and then save. That did the trick for me.

However - I just found that in DNN 05.05.00 (653) I'm not using CFK but some "RAD" editor?

This editor doesn't have a Custom Editor Link.

I found away around it by using the Defult DNN Skin as Editor Skin, but it could be good to find a proper way.


Are there any specific "web.config" settings for the "RAD" editor as well?

The last one will show you how to get back to FCK if you want to do that.  I haven't made a choice yet, and am both editors but on different sites.
