I have a question regarding one of the articles in your CSS Skin Research Page (Articles & Resources)

Article: "A min-max that works for all "

These numbers are near the bottom of the code: (718 ? "700px" : "99.7%)

Do these numbers state the width of the actual page/skin, e.g. if a page width of the skin should be 800px then the code above should read:  (818 ? "800px" : "99.7%).

I haven't actually tried this tip out by Jonathan, but from reading it, yes that appears to be correct.

Point 4 says "To change the min or max just change the px value and add 18 for the number before it.  These numbers seem to be the smoothest transition between min and max for IE. Don't use 100% at the end.  It can cause the screen to stick when it's at 100% of it's width and not stretch back."


In the example, the min width is 700px and the max is 1000px
