(I still can't install the module in Firefox though, Firefox times out and throws an error after about 90 seconds. Installing in IE was no problem. Anyone else with that problem?)

If you are getting time out issues when installing I would use the auto install method by using FTP, rather than using the host menu method, it's detailed here:

No on this site I do not use Dynamic Forms or Registration, but I do on others.

Dynamic forms does not integrate with the DNN Registration, if you need to do that then you need to use Dynamic Registration.

Dynamic Registration works in the same way, so a form that you created in Dynamic Forms can be used in Dynamic Registration.
