Is there any way to redirect a specific alias to a specific page while allowing a 2nd alias to load an alternate page on the same site?

For example:
I have a site with 2 aliases
www.bigco.com
sales.bigco.com
When a person enters www.bigco.com I would like to take them to the home page
When a person enters sales.bigco.com I would like to direct them to the sales page.

Is there any way to do this?

You can use a "URL Rewriter" to do this.  There is one built into DotNetNuke that you can configure from Host Settings.

You can also look at the rewrite from Ifinity.  There is a free version and a paid version.  They may be easier to use.

You can also do this in IIS.

I took a look at the iFinity module. It works very well for text on the page but I could not get it to respond to the incoming URL.
Is there any literature available for the URL Rewriter in DNN.

I asked them but they have no recomendations. I think we are going to have to develop something. I will get back to you if I find a solution
