Favicon and Google bookmarks

Do you know why my favicons don't appear in online google bookmarks? They are correctly displayed in Internet Exporer. Régis

not sure, do other DotNetNuke sites display favicons correctly in Google bookmarks?

Are you referring to Google bookmarks in the Google Toolbar, or on your Google homepage? I see favicons in my Google Toolbar's bookmarks. The site's favicon should go in the Portal Root directory.

I'm referring to the Google toolbar's bookmarks. I see favicons. But most of websites made with DNN display the same DNN favicon. In my case, I see my websites' favicons in Internet Explorer but in Google Toolbar I see DNN favicon!!

Ah ... I may be seeing this, too, for some sites. There is a favicon in the installation's root directory, and your individual sites should have a favicon in their individual root directories: Portals/X You might want to try removing favicon.ico from the installation's root directory and installing only in the Portals/X directories.

Thanks for all your answers. I can't have access to install/directory with host file manager. I think only my webhoster has access. I'll try it on my localhost. Régis
