The technical support agent replied to you many many many times within minutes regarding the same questions over and over again. Some of which had nothing to do with our services. Instead of following their instructions we continued to get asked the same questions over and over again causing our support team to delay responses to other customers in need of actual hosting support. It had the appearance that we were getting spammed. We apologize for any inconvenience the response to you may have caused and we will internally look to see if this unique circumstance could have been handled better or differently.We hope you've enjoyed the 100% uptime your site received during the years of hosting and the instant support you received whenever you had a question.
