I don't know why I do not recieve any notifications more from this portal? Eighter for forum  nor for extending my subscription.

BTW. I renewed my subscription and have got the confirmation from paypal. But still no download access ...

I have checked your account and you should now have full subscriber access. If you can't see the videos, try logging out and then logging back in.

If you are not receiving emails, perhaps they are going into your junk folder or they are just bouncing, you may need to add my email address to your white list.

Occassionally I have a clear out of emails that bounce back to me from the forum, so if yours was one of the emails that was bouncing back to me as undeliverable from the forum replies I may have removed it. You could try white listing my email and then ticking to receive the forum emails again.

yes the message just bounced back to me with:

Reason: 554 Sending address not accepted due to spam filter

This looks like a common problem. I have also paid for the subscription but can not download videos?
Any help from support?

I've reported this, and I'm sure that we'll get it fixed in short order.  It's not a common problem, but things do fall through the cracks on occasion.

Subscription access is not a common problem.

I searched for your details and discovered you have two usernames registered with the website.

You subscribed with username: nedimm

username: nedim does not have subscription access,

Sorry about that.
This could be avoided by not allowing several registrations with a same e-mail address.
