More Internet Explorer Problems

Just did a new site, please check the wild colors and comment.

The header image has a part transparent background, so I did it in “*.png” format.

This worked in IE 7 and in Firefox, while IE 6 put a background on it????

I changed it to “*.gif” and it worked fine, but the quality of the text is very poor compared to the “.png” format.

I tested again with the “GrapeVineBanner  .png” further down, that too is partly transparent in IE7, while it has a grey background in IE 6.

Any Ideas???
