HelloAfter viewing the 4.th video about "how to transfer from localhost to live site" I was asked to send a ticket to the host provider asking them to set the permissions to the files within the DNN installations using the DNN, I was asked to inform the host provider that I had restored the DB for my site and to doublecheck the permissions in the DB.I sent a ticket to my host provider with these questions and got the following confusing answer from them:"Hi,To better troubleshot the issue you are experiencing it is necessary for us to replicate the exact problem please provide us with a full URL to related error pages include any additional information necessary to replicate the error"
I am a bit confused what do they mean/want from me?and what is the exact purpose with the ticket I was asked to sent to the host provider?Best regards

I sent your reply suggestion and I hope they will understand better what I wanted from them. This is all very new to me (DNN) and your video tutorials are worth gold!
This is my first website I build from scratch and it is a very interesting journey.
