I am using DNN 4.8.4 and moved the admin tabs page as specified. One problem I am still having is how can I give a non-admin rights to create root level pages. If I give them edit rights to the home page they can create pages under home but that is it. I cannot see how to give them rights to create siblings of home. (One other note. I believe it was Cathal who outlined a method for re-enabling the "Remember Me" in a blog that is safe again. I would very much appreciate if you could allow this on your site for at least a few days.)

hello, Yes I have just looked at this and I can see the same problem, it appears as though the user needs full administrator access to create root pages. In DotNetNuke version 5 they are supposed to be enabling features such as this, so hopefully it won't be much longer until this functionality is built into DotNetNuke. Thanks,
