I have been following the series of tutorials provided for designing the Vortex Music Website using a combination of tables and CSS.  I'm following the tutorial fine and dandy, howeverI am having a lot of trouble with the section of the tutorial formatting the table Menu table Cell for the SolPart Menu Pane for the Solpart menu, which also affect installation of the House Menu tutorial(Series of Tutorials). 

The essence of the that that any vertical menu I use, the Solpart or the House Menu, does not appear as intended.  When working with the Solpart menu, each item in the vertical menu bar does not stretch the expanse of the horizontal gradient to allow for menu items to appear without wrapping text for lengthy page names.  When working with the Solpart menu (using black borders to see table borders), the vertical menu bar's left side starts about a quarter width-wise away from the cell's left border, again there is a constricted vertical area for the Solpart menu's child pages to expand across the cell's gradient.

I have tried modifiying changing  a lot of , modifiying the .CSS rules, the "MenuMenu" CSS rules, the "MainMenu_MenuContainer" rules.  I have tried changing percentages of length, margins, padding, alignment, but the vertical menu bar refuses to extend the width of the cell.

Any help would be most appreciated.
