Ideally the following Check in\ out facility – Giving audit trail of who has ‘checked out’ the document for amendment & review. The ability to have secure roles – i.e. I could set the user access to an individual or a role. E-mail compatibility – auto e-mail when the document has been flagged for review. Reminders sent to document owners when the document is ready for review. Unique, automatic document numbering system Document revision control Any ideas?? Cheers J

I'm using now Xepient Open Document Library and is great for me It's possible to download a Trial Version of this module here: http://www.opendnn.net/Downloads/tabid/95/Default.aspx?xsfid=17 without time limitation, but you can only have 3 documents / folders.

I sell a module I have developed over the years on Snowcovered.com for $49.00. It includes virtually all the features of the other two DMS modules on Snowcovered, minus WebDAV support. If you don't need WebDAV then my module may be just what you are looking for. I am looking for a document management module. If I have different clients, who are storing their documents, I want each company to see their own documents. I want to be able to have them upload, download, and it should be able to tell me the version of that document. Thanks Brian
