Hello, I am looking to add a forum module to the website with the intention that it can be used to reduce the our company's support effort. One idea I am tossing around is to have an expert exchange style forum, where the answers/response from the users are rated and/or accepted as the working answer. As an incentive to promote users to answer, I think a reward should be given to some one who may be answered say 50 questions or etc. So a rating system and acceptance system is needed. Does anyone know this sort of modules exist? The best would be a .NetNuke compatible one, but I will take anything that might do this. Finally, does anyone have any experience on setting up a helpdesk and email ticketing program? The best I can find is the SigmaPro (http://www.sigmaprodraconis.com/Home/tabid/306/Default.aspx). But the configuration seems quite challenge as there are several modules needed to be installed. Anyone could kindly comment? Thanks for any feedback and information!

ActiveForums (the forum software used here) has a rating system. There is a new version due out momentarily that should have some additional features that may be useful in this regard.
