When i try to brouse dotnetnuke poortal using ip address or domain name, url always goes to local host.

Could you please explain me how to solve this problem?

If I understand you correctly try this:

Log in

Go to the admin menu / site settings
scroll down
Portal Aliases
Click on Add New HTTP alias
Enter your website address: ie. www.mywebsite.com (do not enter http://)
Click on Update

When you enter www.mywebsite.com into your browser, your DNN portal should now pick it up. (Of course your hosting provider also needs to be pointing the domain name to your DNN installation)
